This week showed a decrease in activity, with 55 new home and land listings hitting the market compared to 66 the week prior. Closings had a minor increase, going from 28 to 33.

Pending sales also dropped, with 18 homes and land parcels going under contract. Meanwhile, 18 deals fell through and returned to the market, and 70 properties reduced their prices, highlighting how price sensitive today’s market remains.
